We had our annual furnace clean by Steve Bowden. Not only was he professional but also very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided tips to help us maintain our furnace and encouraged us to watch him as he performed his task at hand so we could see what he was doing. Thanks Steve!

We have a new tankless waterheater from reliance and it didn't work properly for a long time. We had no hot water from the very beginning. Furthermore a waterheater is installed on an ugly plywood. We copmplained about this many times to reliance customer services. Only Kay Kim, was able to fix the problem with hot water. Thank you Kay Kim for your professionalism and attancion to details.

Ron williams was summoned via technician Kay Kim of Reliance this morning to install an expansion tank to prevent the pressure relief valve from activating due to excessive pressure from the water supply. Ron called in advance provided an eta and was on time , polite and thorough !! Excellent service.

As this is my recreational property which I go to infrequently , being able to accomplish all needed work while I was present was
extremely helpful as my permanent residence is over 4 hours away.
Kay Kim the Reliance technician was at my home twice today to replace a relief valve on my hot water tank and released there was a problem with supply water pressure and summoned reliance plumber Ron williams to install an expansion tank then returned later in the day to install yet another relief valve stayed around to make sure that there were no problems with the second cave after having had the expansion tank installed .

Reliance was outstanding today in orchestrating a schedule of three appointments ( two with the technician and one with plumber) it went like clockwork !!

Kay Kim was the most polite and thorough trades person I've ever experienced. Clearly a 10 out of 10!!

An excellent job by Reliance and coordinating multiple service calls to accomplish the job in one day and accommodated my availability to be present.

I was having difficulty with a leaky Water Heater. Ken came to diagnose and replace the unit. His service was attentive and reliable. He called ahead of arrival and managed to fit me into a busy schedule. He explained everything in detail, was friendly and professional. I now have a new water heater. I'm very happy with the service. Thank you.

We never really do reviews but My husband and I just wanted to let the public know that Reliance is great and their sales person Ren was friendly and super professional he gave us options and wasn't pushy. We could have used our local guy but with our past experience Reliance has been the most reliable. Thanks again

J. West was pleasant and did a good job. He cleaned up when he finished. I felt he was thorough at his job. He suggested other options that are available for the maintenence of my home.

I was impressed with the personal service and attention given to me by the home comfort advisor Rick. He provided me with options and made the decision easy. I appreciated him be courteous and on time for the appointment as my life was very busy. I would highly recommend Rick and Reliance as he this made this a positive experience

On a brief note I just wanted to say that Reliance in Barrie has great staff especially our Sales guy Ren D. and the people working on the phones in customer service. Thank you keep up the great work!!!!!!

Jason was polite, informative and diligent in his approach to repairing a set of problems we were having with our hot water heater.Pleased with the service he provided, not sure of the total outcome yet.

I called Reliance saying Iam not getting effective hot water. I booked appointment. I was told technician will come in between 4 pm-pm. Technician showed up exactly at 4. Did very professional job and and completed the job. I am enjoying nice hot water now
