Reliance Yanch Home Comfort Barrie

Unfortunately the "NEW" Reliance...not the one previously that was actually operated by a "Yanch" is doing a HUGE disservice to the old Yanch run reputation. Although the apparent quality of work is "okay" the after service is a joke. And there folks is the problem...you can buy your HVAC anywhere, but by all means buy it from a company that believes in a unwavering commitment to customer service...something you definitely won't find here. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Reliance Yanch, you'll thank me.

Reliance Yanch = Aweful, plain and simple.

We needed A new furnace and Andrew Prince did a great job explaining everything to us. He didn't pressure us he was very professional so we decided to buy the furnace. He arranged to have it put in the next day and the service was excellent.

Great service from Matt today! Service was quick and well explained. Customer service reps on the Phone were friendly and helpful. Always a good experience with reliance. . . .

Shaun Miller did an amazing Job replacing our hot water tank. Professional and courteous. He showed us the final project and explained the job. Id highly recommend Shaun and Reliance for future work.

Great customer service by Laura Meikle and always efficient and courteous service with Season"s change mechanical.We were reluctant to switch out our current hot water tank because we thought the cost for an on demand one would be out of our budget, But were pleasantly surprised once Laura Meikle came right to our business to help us make an informed decision to go ahead with a new tank.

My thanks to "Josh Drynan" for a job well done. The issue was a severely plugged air filter.
Josh pointed out other areas of concern regarding some of the components of the furnace which we are having looked at in a few days.
Josh explained in a simplified manner what and why some of these components have issues after 11 years.
Great job Josh and thank you for your concerns and cleanliness.

Had Kay drop in today to look at a concern with the exhaust blower on our hot water tank. A very pleasant and knowledgeable young man who not only addressed the issue, he took the time to discuss the proper set up for temperature control of the tank. Kay is a fine representative of Reliance.

While shopping for a new furnace and water heater,we met Andrew Prince. He arrived on time, and explained very clearly the equipment and incentives. Andrew was very thorough, professional and helpful...Outstanding !
