Ron Williams was the service person who discovered the problem with my Hot Water tank, and fixed it. He also took the time to help me change my large water filter which was full of sand . Being an older woman, living alone, I couldn't get the filter off the line myself. He spent the time, helped me clean up the mess and was just a great help to me. I appreciate this effort more than you can imagine. "People helping people". Because of this service, I have decided to take out the "plumbing Insurance" with your company. Thank you for sending such a reliable gentleman to help me out today. You are a good company. I would recommend you to anyone.
