Ann and Reid were professional, courteous and accommodating throughout and the work crew were fantastic. The crew were polite and attentive and left the property spotless. Rainbow allayed our worst fears and got us ready for the winter with a minimum of stress. Great job!

We liked the fact that this company is owner-operated and that the employees work directly for Rainbow. Their pricing was quite competitive in the range and their presentation to us was very open and professional. When we had additional questions, they took the time to revisit in person and go over the details for another 90 minutes. The crew and the foreman in particular (Noel) were excellent and answered questions on the fly as they occurred. They came on time, worked according to the agreed schedule, and were gone within 2 days with the site completely tidied. There was follow-up by the foreman the day after to make sure the job had been completed appropriately in all its various aspects. The roof looks great, and we are very pleased with the results, the warranty and the guarantee on workmanship. Really, you cannot ask for much more than this: professional work, open lines of communication, and follow-up. We'd recommend Rainbow to anyone.

Rainbow roofing was very professional, the roof is beautiful and the workers were quiet and polite (no radios, no cursing). They were very careful to keep the site clean and neat.

Rainbow's estimate was within others we'd received. They called well ahead to advise when they would come and do the roofing. The crew were on time, the work was excellent and they were very tidy in cleaning up the yard after the work was done. Very pleased with workmanship and customer service - turned out our skylight unexpectedly due for replacing - replaced for reasonable cost the next week and roofing job around it completed in expert fashion - will certainly be recommending Rainbow Roofing.
