Window glass replacement

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Richmond Hill

The interior glass of the window cracked and needed to be replaced. The company promptly ordered replacement and once window was ready scheduled a technician to install replacement. Loren was great and provided tips to maintaining casement windows as well.

Replaced window with broken seal

He did excellent work. Very friendly and very concerned about cleaning up. We are VERY PLEASED with his service

Sliding Windows

Had 2 old wooden sliding windows removed and replaced with new vinyl ones. Installer wasn't satisfied with the operation of them so had manufacturer come out and exchange them. No questions asked. Awesome job by Loren from the manufacturer. Excellent Service. Highly recommend this company. Happy Customer here. Thanks.

Excellent Service and Product

I needed the screen repaired on my window and the weather stripping replaced. The technician did an excellent job. He put down protection on my carpet and cleaned up everything when he was done. Extremely satisfied with work done.

Window Replacement

I had new windows installed in 2018. In 2020 many seals started going in the windows. The company I bought them from was really no help at all. I was instructed to contact the manufacturer, vinyl window designs. They were great, right from my initial contact. The service technician Sammy was amazing. He knows his stuff. Was very professional, quick, clean up etc. This company stands behind their products, no questions asked.

Window Repair

I had a couple of basement windows replaced. A few years later I notice one side was not sealing properly. VWD sent a tech to take a look. Steve the tech was great! He explained what was happening and was able to restore the seal without window replacement! Thanks Steve!
