I was lucky to find Exterior by Design through a referral from a neighbour. They told me that Exterior by Design did such a great job on their stucco and that they also do Bathroom and Kitchen renovations. I called them to do my master bathroom. When the renovation was completed, it turned out more beautiful than I expected. The detailing and finishings were amazing and I received many compliments from family and friends. They performed very well with daily clean up, beautiful stucco work and window coverings, and assisted with aluminum renovation, lighting, and roofing converting my old looking house, which was worst on street to best on street. The front of the house, made of stucco, required extensive repair. Many cracks and chips had developed and water leaks were a real threat. In addition, we had had continual problems with the eavestroughs. They had been repaired and even replaced over the years but never seemed to work properly. David Bochner, the owner of Exterior by Design, met with me,explained the work to be done knowledgeably and in full detail. He described what was involved in replacing all the stucco, adding insulation and replacing the aluminum eavestroughs, and fascia. I was given a very reasonable quote. The work was completed in a timely manner and the original "Tutor" look of the house was preserved. Only the very best, top products were used, the resulting insulation was well above building code. and the entire space was waterproofed. The real test came about 3 weeks after the job had been completed. We had a terrible rain storm and for the first time in 20 years the eaves didn't overflow and conducted the water away from the house!
The workers on the job were all very professional and always on time. The property was left clean and the quality of the workmanship was superb.
I was delighted with the result and I would certainly recommend David Bochner and Exterior by Design.

From our initial appointment to the completion of our project in May, David Bochner and his team were professional, reliable, knowledgeable, efficient and clean. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship was superior in all respects. We now pay extra attention to other stucco projects in our area and nothing compars with Exterior by Design - Stucco and Stone Inc.

The pricing of the entire stucco project, aluminum soffits, facia and gutters was reasonable and fair. We relied on David and his team for suggestions on colour and trim design. Our raised bungalow now has a clean, classic look for which we are receiving lots of positive feedback. Best of all, we are already noticing decreases on our hydro bills because of the added insulation.
