I am a senior citizen and was not able to replace taps. Call Mr Rooter out of yellow pages and a serviceman was at my house within 45 mins. I was given an estimate to have the taps replaced. I told repairman that the price quoted was outragest, but that I was in a bind and needed the job done. The taps were replaced within 1/2 hour and I paid for the job. I paid $246.75 for 1/2 hour labour. I think that this was totally taking advance of a disperate situation and I would never recomment the company.

It is the practice of all Mr. Rooter Plumbing technicians to provide our customers with a free quote and have a signature from the customer for any approved work.
In all fairness to the company, you had the option to refuse the quote..the quote was free. You chose to have our technician complete the work.
