Just assembled my new Levi chairs in green and Jasmine table in white. So happy with the way my kitchen looks. Cannot wait to have company over to use the expanded version.

I looked everywhere for a shoe cabinet that fit the entrance by our front door. I finally found exactly what I was looking for at Structube. I wish they had them in stock, but they indicated it would only take two weeks to ship to the store. Called them today, and it's good be there tomorrow. Quite impressed so far.

Picking up a bed which are daughter had ordered on line as she live in a small ski town in BC and wife saw this small table and the rest is history

By chance we went into your store in Kitchener looking for a sturdy sofa. The staff on duty were very helpful showing us the various sofas in a very thoughtful and effective 'low key' manner.
They were very thorough and very knowledgeable regarding their product and service.
Delivery was prompt (as promised). It was truly a pleasure to have dealt with all levels of staff.
You can be justifiably proud of the staff at all levels of selling an excellent product.

I Bought 6 chairs a dinning table and bar stools for $800! Modern for great price! Great customer service helped me pick out a table over the phone! Loved it!

I was looking for a couple of office chairs of a specific size. They needed to be comfortable, attractive, and well-wearing. The sales assistant at Structube was most helpful and I found the right chairs. The chairs were delivered to the store where I purchased them and another sales assistant helped to move them to the back alley where I could load them into my truck.

All in all, my experience was very positive.

Loved the furniture, but everything we chose is in back-order. I won't see my living room table until the end of October ( I bought it on August)- if Im lucky

I cannot believe the grief we went through just trying to pick up chairs we had ordered online. The chairs are fantastic (which is why I'm giving at least a 1 out of 5) but the lady at the cash and the other employees were absolute garbage. I have never left a store feeling more disrespected and upset. No one greeted us when we walked in and they acted like they both had something better to do. When we walked up to the cash to pay for the item, again the lady was just searching through her computer and didn't acknowledge us until we finally said hello. We were greeted with an icy stare and all she asked was did you receive a text? Being our first time in the store, we weren't sure what she was asking so we said no and tried to explain that our order had been put on hold but we were rudely cut off with, "Then your order isn't ready." She went back to browsing the computer and then we tried again - we put the order on hold with...we were cut off again with "If you didn't receive a text, your order is not ready." Honestly, if we didn't need these chairs I would have walked away right at that point but we calmly tried again, explaining they had been put on hold for us. She finally asked for the name and phone number and then walked into the back to get the package. There was no smiling, no apology for misunderstanding us, and no customer service whatsoever. She took our payment and then told us she couldn't lift the box into our car. When my 60 year old mother asked the simple question if there was someone in the back that could help us carry the heavy box, she sighed and pointed to a sign that read that no one was available to help us. We got the box in the car ourselves and of course there was no "Thank you for your business" or "Have a Nice Day"...just back to scrolling on the computer. Next time...I'll go to another store.

I ordered and paid for delivery through Structube online. I requested a Friday, took off the day from work and called the morning of delivery because I thought it was strange I hadn't heard anything. Turns out they said I gave the wrong number - area code 640 instead of 647 - and therefore my delivery was coming 5-9PM and if I missed it too bad for me. I would have to pay for re-delivery. I pointed out that there is no 640 area code. Perhaps they could help by calling the delivery service and seeing what they could do to assist? NO. But they gave me the number, and I called myself. The delivery service was very nice and said they would ensure their driver calls with a half hour warning so I would be home. Structube was awful.

Love their furniture, it has a modern feel to it. The service was great!
You should consider offering financing program though.
I will definitely recommend your store and will return for further shopping for myself.
