Absolutely terrible service. My package was returned to their warehouse by Canada Post for some reason and they did not even bother notifying me that it was the case. I had to reach out to them 3 separate times after realizing just to figure out what was happening and they assured me they were looking into it. I didn't hear back from them until almost 2 weeks later when I got an email saying my order was refunded, which did me no good because I still do not have my product. Zero follow up, they did not even offer to help me place a new order. I had to reach out 2 more times asking for a solution and they told me that I can either place a new order with more expensive shipping (they will not compensate for the difference despite the fact that they screwed up majorly with my first order) OR to pick it up myself at a store using my own time and gas. When I requested to speak to a manager about the situation they let me know that they would put in a request, but a manager would likely never get back to me because the people I had spoken to have already offered the best possible solutions. What a joke, considering that nothing they suggested actually solved my problem and I am still without my product. I would recommend not ever dealing with them as their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I used to proudly tell the customers who visit my business where our furniture came from and even recommend Structube to them, but I will not be doing this any longer after this ridiculous experience.
