In our company we schedule moves at 9am and 2pm and arrange our moving trucks accordingly. Any problems can arise with elevators, additional stops and items the customers dont inform us which can result in the afternoon moves running late. In this customers case, we also discounted her move to compensate for only 2 movers and not 3 and also for running late.
