Granite Direct Inc

Very happy with my recent purchase from Granite Direct. I have to say, they exceeded my expectations. Their salesman was fantastic. I put 50% down and that price covered the Granite and the install, so no hidden fees. The install was perfect and it turned out even better than I thought it could. Definitely one of the most reputable companies that I have dealt with during my entire home renovation.

I wanted to review the amazing product that I received from Granite Direct. I went with them because I found their salesperson in Red Deer fantastic. She helped me customize my kitchen and I have to say it turned out beautifully. I get so many compliments every time I have company over. The cabinets are of better quality and construction then I have seen anywhere else and the granite is just beautiful. The install was super fast, my kitchen was put back together in only a few days and I am extremely pleased. I have recommended all of my friends and family to granite direct. From the salespeople, installers to management, my experience was fantastic!

We absolutely love the countertops we had installed from Granite Direct. The installers were were amazing! We took our salespersons advice to go with the backsplash and beveled edge and it is beautiful. The service from Granite Direct has been second to none since our first meeting and we cannot thank them enough for that.

Our granite countertops from Granite Direct have just been completed, and the final product is fantastic. The consultants were a pleasure to deal with - kind, polite, and helpful with design choices. the price was best in the market and most importantly, the kitchen looks great. We'll surely be calling them back for future projects!

Ordered granite counters from Granite Direct and got an excellent price. Delivery and installation was on schedule and found them easy to deal with.

Based on price I would certainly recommend them (and have).

There are just two issues standing in my way of giving them a 10 rating
(1) The installers didn't remove some of the factory markings from the slabs (so they have numbers scrawled on the edges.
(2) One white panel I ordered had some red colouring in it that wasn't part of the sample ( had I known I would have altered my selection). Having said that I did sign a paper acknowledging there could be imperfections.

Installation was fast (less then 4 hours), and the measurements were correct.

We ordered granite from Granite Direct, shopped around and found them to be the lowest price. The sales staff were courteous explained about the process including the time lines. Our kitchen was measured and we were told 10-12 weeks from that date. To our surprise we received a call after 7 weeks and given an install date which worked for us. The install team was very professional and the clean up very good. The stone looked better than what I saw in the showroom. I would strongly recommend Granite Direct from my experience with them.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They made multiple appointments to install and then didn't show up. We had to have them come back and fix seams that broke many times, and finally gave up and had someone else come in to fix. The installer would not speak with me (a woman), only with my husband. They never returned phone calls. Please, learn from my pain, NEVER USE GRANITE DIRECT!! There's a reason they have the 'best price', because the customer services, and workmanship is horrible.

We hired granite direct to repalce an aging kitchen and counter tops. They ensured that they measured the kitchen very carefully and the resulting product fit perfectly. There was one glitch in that they called me and told me that my order was forgotton by the factory in China but they came up with a solution and had it air freighted so that my job remained on schedule. Very nice finished product!
