Met with Mike V. today. He did a safety survey and assessment of my existing electrical panel, also gave information about the survey as well as the costs associated with same from 3 different options to repair. He then replaced my smoke alarm as per the service call. Thanks for the quick, professional service call.

Had Luke L from 4 Star Electric run a 240V supply to my garage for a welder plug in. He was extremely professional, took care in my house and did an excellent job. 4 Star was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend Luke L and 4 Star to anyone looking to get work done.

We found Shannon very hardworking, and very ready to answer our questions, to explain the work she was doing, and to give us options to do the repair. We had some questions that other electricians couldn't answer,which she easily answered. And she willingly did extra work that we hadn't orginally requested. We had to replace ancient wiring in our house and upgrade the electrical panel. Luke and the team did a great job respecting our heritage home and not damaging the plaster and lathe walls and ceilings. The work was done on time and witin the estimated cost. I recently had a new window installation renovation done and contracted 4 Star Electric to move the electrical components. Steve was the Electrician, and he also had an apprentice with him for the job. I just wanted to say that I am very impressed with 4 Star’s customer service! Steve and crew were very professional and respectful during the electrical moves, and showed great care in their work. Even though there were some hiccups (as with many renovation projects), 4 Star was true to their word and came back to resolve any issues and ensured it was done properly. We are very impressed with the customer service we received and the care taken during the project.

4 Star guys are 5 STAR! A break in the underground electrical line left us with no power. Steve D. was amazing, friendly, professional and prompt. There was an issue that was out of his control and Steve went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Many thanks also to Bryan for keeping us informed, answering all our questions and concerns. Excavation guys dug the huge hole, back hoed it in, tamped it down and rebuilt our fence! Stellar job guys! Will recommend you all for sure.

We had a small issue with a kitchen light-when we turned on the light the breaker would pop. Called 4 Star, spoke to Jen who was extremely helpful and professional. She booked me in for the same week. On the day of my appointment, she called 2 hours early to say that the technicians had finished their last call early and could make it to my house within an hour. Ryan and Mike arrived, they were polite, knowledgable and professional. They did a quick diagnostic and figured out the problem. Ryan explained the costs associated with the repair and after my approval fixed the issue. We also went through a few other questions and concerns I had about other projects in the house and Ryan gave me a quote for some future work. This company is not cheap but I felt confident in their abilities. I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Ryan M. did a great job. He was conscientious, cleaned up after the work was done and answered all questions we had. Office staff were helpful and very cordial. Would get 4 Star again if we have more work.

Trivana Homes has now partnered with 4 Star on several projects. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, and the cleanliness of their job sites. Our last project saw Jaysen and Cheick, very good, excellent with clients and workmanship is very good. Will continue to use 4 Star going forward.
