Professional service from start to finish. This was the second time we had 4 star electric in and was equally impressed each time. A team of two worked quickly and efficiently. The work was of high quality - fishing in new lines and installing new outlets, smoke detectors, and applying surge protection. They answered our endless questions with confidence and professionalism. We knew we were in good hands. Highly recommend this company.

I needed to upgrade 12v wiring to 120v wiring downstairs as I was looking to change 4 recessed lights. Simon came to the house and was extremely friendly, personable, and helpful. He went over all options and pricing and explained 4-Star Electric's standards and guarantees to me. In the end Simon installed fixtures I had already purchased and did so well under the time he thought it would take (which was a plus and saved me extra money!). He did a great job and cleaned up and made sure everything was the way it was before he arrived. Now I've got my recessed lights with a new dimmer switch and couldn't be more satisfied. A service and work!

Scott and Roan came in to rewire our doorbell and additional work. This was the second time we have used 4 star and Scott and his team replaced our panel and did various additions to our electrical systems. So when he came to hardwire our doorbell I knew we would get the same quality of work. Both Scott and Roan were professional completing the job efficiently and ensured that the work site was clean when they left. They were friendly and I would not hesitate to have them come back to do additional work

When I called to have someone in to do the work, I was efficiently taken care of and I only had to say what I needed done when the lady( appoligize that I don’t remember her name) quickly reviewed our file and asked what day would be good for Scott to come in and do the work

Our power went out in the late afternoon. We called 4 star Electric and they came late in the evening and fixed the problem. Scott was amazing. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend this company for all electrical needs

It was a great experience. He found the transformer after some hunting. Once he did he gave us quotes and recommendations on options to improve things. We chose our solution and he was more than happy to help. He kept the house clean, was polite, and didn't mind that our 3 year old was super interested in everything he was doing.

Rodney's visit today was absolutely outstanding. Not only did he show up early (two days before the appointment), but he clearly and carefully explained what the problem was and suggested several options for a solution. He was friendly and patient, something we as seniors really appreciate. Also work he has done for us previously has been completely satisfactory and fully met our expectations. Thank you, Rod!

These guys are amazing! So professional and know their stuff! My dad's home had some electrical issues we had a journeyman electrician in to fix the problem, it took him over 10 hours (over 2 visits) and he still didn't fix the issue. So we asked 4 Star to come and they discovered the problem and had everything up and running in under 2 hours. They were so courteous and we are so grateful they were able to fix things right. They may be called 4 Star but they are more than a 5 star company on so many levels! Qualified, friendly, courteous, on time, professional! A great experience right from the office call to the finished product! Couldn't ask for more.
