He answered all my questions, helped me chose the right window to be installed, was very professional and on time during installation and was overall very pleasant to work with.

This is my second time using Les and Supreme Windows, and I will definitely use Les again for the next batch to be replaced.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new windows from Supreme! Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner! Our salesman, Les was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable, patient, prompt and his suggestions for windows were perfect. He even stopped by during installation and after to make sure everything was what we expected. The installers, Ryan and Matt were amazing. Their professionalism and workmanship was beyond our expectations. From beginning to end this project has been seamless! Would we recommend Supreme Windows YES - we love our windows! Would we recommend Les and this installation team? Without hesitation - YES!

We had two doors installed by Supreme windows. Karl our salesperson helped us with choosing the right doors for our home.
He also let us know how to paint the doors.

The windows in my home were replaced by Supreme Windows. The installers were courteous and went about their job without delay and finished in a timely manor.
The windows themselves I was very disappointed in. The frames did not met up (gaps from one piece to the next), there are pieces of the frames that are not flush and stick out. A staff member did come out to check the frames and he said that all the windows from the shop come like that with the sharp edges, gaps where pieces do not meet, it is normal. He did agree to fill the gaps with a filler when I still indicated that I did not like how they were.

I always appreciate the responsiveness you provide to our requests for quotation. I’m often put in a position where I’m asked to provide our decision makers with cost estimates with very short turnaround times and every time I've called upon you for support you've come through. I applaud your approach to customer service and every time you come through with numbers for us I ensure that our leaders know what kind of an effort you and your organization put forward to meet our needs (i.e. completing and sending quotes in the late hours of a day or shuffling other jobs around so that one of ours can be completed by a fixed date). Your installation crews also need to be applauded as they are often asked to work in and among our residents and their personal belongings and they never complain, never leave a mess behind, and many of our representatives cannot believe how efficient they are at what they do.

As the Manager of Bethany Care Society’s Materiel Management department I don’t just look for someone that can supply what we need at a given price, I look for partnerships and I feel like your company treats Bethany like a partner and not just another customer.

Good Morning Karl,
I can't say enough good things about the job your installers did on installing new garage windows for us. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up when finished. I noticed the difference almost immediately in the garage temperature when a friend brought his car over for repairs. Instead of taking an several hours or more to bring the garage heat up to a comfortable temperature, it took less than an hour and before long, the coats came off. it was particularly nice to be able to open the windows and rid the garage of diesel exhaust. You may recall one window was to be mounted slightly differently from the one it replaced to keep the tops of all the windows in alignment. Your measurements were dead on. I had a piece of stained wood ready for the installers and as you can see by the photo, the window was a perfect fit.

I wanted to say thank you again for all your hard work in getting our new windows and door measured and installed. I understand how busy you are and you always impress us with your hard work, professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. I wanted to let you know how well our new windows and doors are doing:
We replaced all of our North-facing windows, and some South-facing windows, with your triple-pane Low-E windows. Let me tell you how incredible they are! The difference in 2-pane vs the triple pane is serious business! With the triple-pane windows, there is zero condensation inside the windows, even over the past couple of weeks when Calgary temperatures were hitting -30C for many days in a row. There is zero draft coming through, and the clarity of the glass is fantastic. We replaced the windows with the correct product, and we thank you for recommending them. The crews that came were efficient, courteous, cleaned appropriately, and answered all questions.

The new back door is great too. Your crew came to our house, removed the old door and frame, installed and sealed a new door frame and all, quickly and efficiently. After they were gone, as was the case with the window crews, there was no mess for us to clean. A huge help when there are little kids running around!

We highly recommend the triple-pane Low-E windows to anyone thinking of replacing their windows, especially in Calgary's climate.

We are looking forward to working with you again when we decide to replace the rest of our windows!

Yes, during this latest cold snap I have to say our new windows kept the house warmer than I have ever experienced in my life! The difference from the old storm windows to the new Triple Low E was amazing.

I love my new doors as when it was cold I did not feel cold air seeping in around the edges. The French patio door is such a strong door ... Front door is beautiful especially where the glass is and with Christmas lights outside as they reflect in the glass and create such a beautiful effect. I sometimes just stand there and look at it because it is like looking into a kaleidoscope.

The house feels cozy at this temp but at higher temps still chilly ... That is not to say I am not happy with my purchase ... I am. Love my windows and doors. Of all the work I had done in 2013, the windows were the least disruptive and problematic. Wonderful crew working on my remodel.
