Replaced 30 year old windows with triple pane glass. Very happy with finished product. Our sales rep Les was very helpful in our selection. The installers were pleasant and efficient and did a great job of cleaning when they were done.

I have dealt with Karl since 2017 on various projects. He has been with Supreme Windows for 25 years. Having also installed windows and doors in the past Karl has a vast knowledge of the whole process not just the sales end. All this helps one make an informed decision on the best way to procced with one's renovations. Also the service department experience has been excellent. I have found their pricing inline with the competition. On your next renovation project I would definitely give Karl a call.

I had Supreme redo all the windows in my parents' townhouse. The salesperson (Ed) was really informative about the product, options and the installation process. The windows were actually ready for installation about a month before promised which was great. The installation team (Jody, Dave and Gord) showed up exactly as arranged, were extremely professional and informative every step along the way, and left everything neat and tidy. Windows look great. Couldn't be happier!

A friend of ours had new windows installed in his condo. When we saw them and couldn't believe how great they looked, we went home and contacted Supreme for a quote on our sons house.
Due to Covid, the manufacturing and installation took about 5 months and I want you to know that the windows are worth the wait!
Our son has noticed the warmth in the house already and the windows look beautiful.

We re constructed our 900 sf cabin into a 2000sf home 19 windows, patio door and front door, triple glazed. The product from Supreme is excellent, delivery and construction time of our windows was punctual and we are very happy with how our house looks, how the windows open and close and how solid everything feels.

We live in a condo in Calgary & decided to replace our 45 year old door' The condo paid 60% & we paid 40%. Supreme Windows came in @ 9.30 A.M. & were done by 1.30PM. Very professional and very clean . No mess.
I would recommend them 100%. Had other companies here over the 45 years. Some did a crappy job. Very happy with them.

UPDATE: We have had substantial leaking in one of our new windows when it rains. These windows are a few weeks old. We have also noticed gaps and holes in the caulking in areas around most of the windows between the window frame and stucco. Service was already sent to repair the caulking, but we are still seeing gaps, including above our leaking window. Service is booked again (6 days after leaking began) to only look at the one window (we have been told that is all they’ll have time for). We are hoping to have our caulking issues promptly resolved and faulty caulking replaced, not just continually patched. Hoping to have our faith in Supreme Windows renewed.
Supreme Windows was a great experience from beginning to end. Tom was wonderful to work with making sure we would be getting exactly what we wanted, and making sure we understood the process. Our install team - Dimitri, Christel, Ian & Jay were fantastic at answering any questions, solving issues as they arose (that stemmed from oddities and problems with our house) and doing an impeccable job. This crew really went above and beyond in many ways and our windows look better than we could have imagined - inside and outside. I can't say enough great things about this crew.
We also had the pleasure of meeting service Tech Chris due to a finishing door trim piece that arrived after our window install. Chris was knowledgeable, checked over all our windows and screens, and made sure all questions were answered.

After five companies told us our windows couldn't be fixed, we called Les at Supreme Windows for a replacement quote. He walked in and told us immediately, they could be fixed for less than $50. He told us exactly what we needed, to call Michael to get the parts and showed us how to fix them ourselves. We were amazed by his integrity and honesty. We got the parts and Michael showed us again how to fix them. Within an hour, we had fixed windows that had been annoying us for years and saved thousands of dollars replacing windows that were still good. I am so impressed with their integrity and willingness to help us this way. This is the kind of business I will refer and use any time I need doors or windows in the future.
