Bow Home Comfort Systems

Woke up the morning of December 23 to find that I had no heat. Found Bow Home on Homestars and called them shortly after 8 am. They returned my call less than an hour later and were at my house by 10 am (they had two other non priority service calls that they rescheduled). By noon, I had heat again. This is incredible as it was the last working day before Christmas and not only did they promptly return my call, but they also made me a priority due to the severity of my problem. Russ now has a customer for life. Thank you again for your incredible service!

Last Saturday morning I awoke to find my 16 year old old furnace blowing cold air. Why do these things always seem to happen on the weekend? I was not terribly surprised as it had been unreliable almost since we had it installed back in 2000. Every part had been replaced and had cost us a lot of money. We called the company who had sold it to us and serviced it for 16 yrs. Fortunately for us, they were unable to send a technician until Monday. We saw an ad for Bow Home Comfort in the Londoner,and after checking their excellent B.B.B. rating we gave them a call.
We knew that our old furnace was on borrowed time and did not want to pour any more money into it.
Russ and Andrew were just finishing another job and were at our house within a couple of hrs.
They got the old furnace temporarily going again, but by this time we had decided to have a new furnace installed. Russ went out of
his way to fully explain the govt. rebate process and even arranged for us to have the required energy audit after the weekend. The next morning, our old furnace was at it again and blowing cold air.
Russ actually took time on a Sunday to keep the old thing running for a few days until we could get our new furnace installed. Oh yes, I forgot to mention that since we were buying a new furnace, Russ told us there would be no charge for the two weekend service calls.
By Wednesday we had our new high efficiency Goodman furnace installed. It came with a 10 year warranty, is extremely quiet and efficient and we are delighted with both the furnace and the excellent service provided by Bow Home Comfort.
In this day and age it is truly refreshing to find such an honest and trustworthy business who are committed to their customers. I did not think that they existed anymore. I would not hesitate to endorse this business 100%. In my opinion, you can not find a better heating and cooling contractor anywhere.

Russ and Andrew were very punctual arriving on time before 8am each morning as promised. They layed down drop sheets to protect our floors. They proceeded about their duties of installing the furnace and AC. They worked with no coffee or lunch breaks and completed the job. Russ and Andrew do excellent work and back it up. There is no question that they know what they are doing and they do not overcharge. I had several prices on Air Conditioning units that would have installed too small a plenum to save themselves money while reducing the effectiveness of the Air Conditioning unit. Bow Home Comfort immediately perceived that and installed the proper size for full efficiency. The work was done quickly and well. And over this hot summer we enjoyed a unit that worked well and cooled our home effectively. Their main products by Goodman are unsurpassed. Work was done in a timely manner. Drop sheets were used extensively and the house and garage were left clean. Russ and his son were very efficient and paid attention to detail. They offered quality products and answered all questions. They knew their products. Very happy...............

I needed a new AC, and after getting quotes from six other companies, I was by far the most impressed with Bow.

I'll be recommending Bow to anyone who needs HVAC work. They have a high level of product knowledge, do extremely high quality work, and (as a bonus) they are very personable and friendly people to do business with.

After my research on the what and who to get to install a new air conditioner, it led me to realize that the installer is more important than the product...5% and 95% for the contractor. Most products have problems more because of poor installation than the product itself. If you are looking for a great team, look no further. Russ and his son are perfectionists. Highly informative, with the best price after all my research. They did an excellent job. You won't be disappointed. Goodman ACs are as "good" as anything else you can buy out there.
