I would like to thank you for the service you provided. Your technician that came to our home and installed the humidifier was very courteous, provide a very good description of the operation of the units and did a fantastic job installing the unit.

McKinley responded the same day for my service request and sent out ALEX for the service. This technician was very knowledgeable and
spent extra time solving the problem. He also made some recommendations that I will follow up. Very happy with this company and Alex in particular!!

I'm satisfied and confident in the service that is provided. Travis Day is very friendly and thorough in checking everything out. Listens well and reports what he did and gives advice on maintenance and upgrades.

We called McKinley last Sunday evening as it was getting nippy in the house. We had not heard the furnace cut in basically all day, but the temp outside was not so bad. Andrew Green came out quite quickly and got our heat incoming again. He was the tech that came out in spring and was very professional both times. He is a great explainer (laymans) terms and he gave us a few hints and other things to try.

Michael and Tyler arrived at the scheduled time and installed the water heater within two hours. They were very professional and courteous. Michael gave us a demonstration on the features of the water heater and walked us through cleaning instructions. We were very impressed with the service. Thank you.

Travis Day was the technician. He was professional and courteous. He answered my questions and offered advice about when I should purchase a new furnace.

He was very well spoken and very clean.

We have our Tune ups done annually. Travis Day was the technician performing the service June 2nd. Travis was on time, well groomed , friendly and professional. He did the work efficiently with minimal disturbance to us . He noticed that our humidifier pad was in need of replacing and asked if we wanted a new one installed. Travis explained everything succinctly and made a couple of helpful suggestions.

Very professional service from the initial assessment with Mathew to the installation by Vince and his associates. They were clean, punctual, knowledgable and thorough. Would highly recommend.
