We contracted New Steel Roofers to install a steel roof (T-18 in Red) on our house in 2012. Max and his crew were excellent. The only issue was the neighbour's fence was bent a bit by the contracted delivery truck but New Steel Roofers dealt with this professionally, without issue and to everyone's satisfaction 100%.

We have just completed an extension to the house and again contracted New Steel Roofers and again Max and his team installed the roof to 100% satisfaction, even dealing with our request to relocate skylights, retrofit new plumbing vents, etc. Our GC (general contractor) was impressed with the quality of their work and their work ethic, as well as their professionalism on a busy work site.

Two other neighbours on the street installed steel roofs after seeing ours, one of whom at least did not use New Steel Roofers and had issues with panels lifting during wind/rain storms, whereas we have had none whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend either this company, their products or their install having gone through it twice. Thanks, Max et al.

A roof replacement is required, the cost differential between a standard shingle roof and a steel roof, weighing the differences in benefits, led to the installation of the steel roof. The installation was successful, with the workers doing their due diligence and taking their time to have the work completed. While a shingle roof installation can be accomplished within a day, a steel roof takes a little longer due to the labour involved. Due to high winds, the initial shingle roof would have some shingles blown off, this will not happen with the steel roof. Additionally, contrary to the belief, there is no noise from ice pellets or rain on a steel roof.

We wanted to get a new roof put on to our house, and not shingles. We did some research and found New Steel Roofers, they not only provided a great product but it took them no time to put the new roof on our house. Great service, fantastic warranty, great job!!!

We are very happy with our steel roof. Most people are surprised to discover that it is steel as it looks just like architectural asphalt single. Personally, I'm glad that it will be one of the last roofs that I will put on the house and that I no longer need to worry about animals trying to enter our attic.

After surveying various estimates for our new roof, and inspecting the work that New Steel Roofers performed for neighbours, we contracted with them to replace our shingles with their Steel Roof product. The job was completed on schedule and the final price was as per the contracted amount. We subsequently put our house on the market, and our real estate agent advised us that having this superior product on our house enabled us to get top price for our property.

This is the second time we have used New Steel Roofers on our church building. Repeat business says it all! We used them about 5 years ago to replace the roof on our addition. This time around, we needed to replace our original slate roof. We are located on a busy corner with no parking or lawn space to speak of. This made the job difficult, but the work was done, with daily clean up and professional attitudes and work. We have nothing but praise for this company and the quality of their work, advice and products. Highly recommended.

We contacted New Steel Roofers just on a whim to see how much a steel roof would cost in comparison to a regular asphalt roof. We were actually shocked to find out that it was very close to the same price! We scheduled our roof install and have no regrets! Not only does it look great- but the security of knowing we never have to do a roof again, priceless. The crew that installed our roof were always on time, courteous and cleaned up every day. I have and continue to highly recommend them to all of our family and friends.

The process of deciding on a steel roof was a easy one. The product look great. The install never impacted us as home owners. As we decided upon a style of steel roof that has the appearance of shingles, the roof does not appear out of place in the streetscape.

Not having to worry about replacing the roof in our lifetime, is certainly a comfort.

My Brother-in-law who planned his roof replacement had done all the research. While the New Steel Roofers team was completing his job my 12 year old shingle roof developed a serious leak during a heavy rainstorm. I was impressed with the look at the in-laws house and when I called the team at New Steel Roofers they managed to fit my job in right away. I did get three other quotes and this one was right on the money. They came quickly, completed the job during another week of crazy rain, and left our bungalow looking like a million bucks. I'm a detail guy and I even got to talk to the roof material manufacturer directly about the installation procedure and lifetime warranty. They were very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who will listen.

My roof was aging and it caught me off guard early in the fall last year. The spots around the house leaked with the first rainfall. I was hoping i could get done more millage before I had to redo it. I researched extensively all the options, including traditional shingles as well as steel shingles. I got a number of estimates too. Max from new steel roofers came and after carefully assessing my roof gave need an estimate . Although, their estimate was expensive, yet when you weigh the advantages of steel shingles vs the asphalt ones and add the phenomenal warranty, it becomes a no brainer. Moreover, the horror stories about how the asphalt shingles can fail prematurely, have me mite reasons to shy away from them.
My house is a 1600sq bungalow. All the work was finished in exactly two days, no mess, no fuss. Roof looks great, and does a great job too. Its quiet, and does not allow snow to slide off as uncoated steel shingles. Can't really comment on its energy savings, but i can say that for sure my cooling bills didn't go up.
I am satisfied and i would recommend the product and the company to anyone contemplating a new roof.
