My husband Tim & I just bought a house where the home inspection outlined the roof needed replacement in < 2 years, and we were looking for the best option for a long term roof replacement. We sought out several other quotes, and New Steel Roofers not only provided the best options with reasonable prices, but great service as well. We now have a steel roof, that will last decades, is more environmentally friendly, and it comes with an extraordinary warranty that accompanies it.

Starting with the consultation with Max, he outlined specifically what he saw, suggested, and provided alternatives. Even during the cold winter of February 2014, his team came on site to start & finish the job in a timely manner. Since we also work from home, we found that the noise and interruptions were minimal, the team did a great job on site. Upon completion, Max called to follow up to ensure that the job was completed, and with quality.

In summary, an outstanding job all around by New Steel Roofers. I would recommend them to everyone.

I hired New Steel Roofers this winter, they were a bit delayed due to weather but responded quickly when I called and once they started the job worked steadily until completed. They were professional polite and cleaned up after the job. I am very satisfied with the work and the new roof.

Dealing with Max and communicating with Holly on the phone was quite pleasurable. I was very impressed by the workmanship of Nathan and his helper, Paul: Nathan is an absolute perfectionist!
They worked a good 8 hours every day, with quite a bit of snow and temperatures below -10 degrees (Celsius) for a total of 11 days. Luckily, they completed the job just 4 days before the big icestorm hit Toronto.

Small job that I ran into difficulty on. They were fair, fast and did a great job. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any size job. Price was more than fair.

Contacted New Steel Roofers in early September paid a 500.00 deposit immediately received a contract stating work would be completed in Oct. or Nov. never heard from them had to call in to inquire was advised at end of Oct. it would not be until end of Nov. Never heard from them called in to inquire at end of Nov. told it would now have to be week of Dec.9th during the bitter cold. Concerned they did a pretty rush job. Upon completion they immediately billed the final amount, no delay there. Worse-They left two separate piles of debris on both sides of my driving one of which is still there despite speaking with Max and him advising they were coming back for it. No was has. This is very inconvenient for parking and very Dangerous! as it is now Snow covered. I have contacted Max further regarding the debris still in my driveway and currently await his reply.

I was very happy with the service from New Steel Roofers. Max gave me the quote, he was professional and had a no pressure attitude. Another company who gave me a quote tried to pressure me into committing on the spot.
They started the job when the said they would, the installers were
neat and professional also.
I decided to go with a metal roof because I had to replace my shingle roof after only 12 years, and I didn't want to have to think about about another roof for a long time. I really had no idea how fantastic the roof would look and how much it would add to the appearance of our house!

The 2 fellows that worked on the roof did a terrific job and we went with this roof because of the good service we'd received a couple of years ago when we had them in to work on a different part of the buiilding.
