Fm Heating & Air Conditioning

Our family has been using Fred for at least 5 years on our different properties. Whether we need help with a furnace, a water tank, duct work, or anything else, he has been great to work with!

Needed cleaning and maintenance for my gas furnace. The cheerful service technician arrived as promised, worked quickly and efficiently, and also sealed up air leaks in the plenum. A job well done.

Our furnace was emitting high CO. Fred from FM came to rebuild most of the furnace, heat exchanger, burners, etc. He knew exactly what he was doing, was pleasant and got the furnace back up and running in exactly the time he estimated. Highly recommended. Thanks Fred.

He was late, ignorant, disgusting, dirty, and it was the worst job done ever. He installed a vent over the stove with a huge pipe and thick black insulation. (Looks like a garbage bag) You would not want this in your kitchen. I would post pictures if it allowed me to show how terribly done the job was. To top it off he was late both days, left a mess and oh ya, nothing was centered. Now paying more money to have it all redone correctly. Such a waste, so disappointed.

Last week our furnace was not working, the fan was not coming on automatically when the thermostat was calling for heat so the furance was overheating and shutting down....Fred came to check it out and was able to get the needed parts and fix the problem within a few days, he was very efficient and friendly and we will definitley call him again if we ever have any other furnace problems.
