Ordered range and paid on April 20th. Wrong range arrived 10 days later. When I called I was told that a "relative of the owner" took my order and that he was quote"ret@rded" with a few 4 letter words thrown in. The second range arrived yesterday, May 17th with the side caved in. This time it was the shipper's fault, Sameday. I called Canadian Appliance and they told me that they had lots of trouble with Sameday. After a lot of frustration and a month of waiting, I cancelled my order and am now waiting for refund. They have had my money for pretty well a month!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

The delivery of my order went smoothly although the delivery truck came an hour earlier than the time that they quoted me the day before. Just received our double wall oven for Passover that we ordered from Canadian Appliance Source. We are super thrilled with it - especially that we purchased it during an amazing sale! Service was excellent. I placed the order over the phone after seeing the product online which was really a breeze. Website was organized and clear. Baked 20 cakes already. Great Appliance Company. Although I have not visited, I would still recommend them due to the ease and professionalism.

Bought a washer and dryer and had them install it. They didn't install the washer correctly so it leaked and damaged the condo below us. They refuse to cover the $430 cost of repairing the ceiling with the water damage!
Gave us the runaround for weeks and finally told us if we wanted to try to get the money we'd have to take them to Small Claims Court.

Hi readers. I'm here to pass on some great advice. If you are planning on buying appliances your best bet would be to PURCHASE FROM CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE! This company is just a pleasure and I'm not exaggerating. The sales team were super friendly and personable (but not pushy - ucck!) The showroom was big and airy with lots of appliances on display. George helped me chose great appliances for my new cottage. I originally came in with certain items in mind, but George helped me find better products (feature wise) for a much better deal. I live in Toronto and my cottage is in Barrie, and believe it or not they delivered there with their local delivery truck. Delivery went super well even though it was super snowy. I was really pleased with there whole operation and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is in the market to buying appliances.

I am quick to say that Canadian Appliance Source has exceeded my expectations. I have had some dismal experiences purchasing from an online company so I visited their Toronto Showroom. Canadian Appliance Source has delivered and is my first choice for appliances.

This is my second purchase of appliances from them. They have been consistently courteous and responsive. The online order process is quick and efficient and an invoice is emailed immediately. When I called to check about the purchase, though I had to wait a few minutes, there was feedback regarding how long I would have to wait and when I reached someone they quickly addressed my issues and politely answered my questions.

Each order has been fulfilled accurately. My first purchase was delivered very quickly; the appliance was in excellent condition-and even the box looked new.

Their product cost is the least expensive I have found shopping both in stores and online. In addition to the cost of the product, shipping has been consistently less expensive than other vendors.

The array of products that they offer is very extensive and includes a broad cross section of products from inexpensive to high end. I have found just what I am looking for each time and their website allows a side by side comparison of various products.
