My installation with All Weather Windows was great! I loved my installers. I didn't find my salesman professional at all and really struggle with saying nice things. He forgot the appointment for the quote, he measured my windows wrong, forgot to send me my quote and window description and then lost my pay stub. The install was find though and overall I am happy with my windows.

We just recently purchsed the HyDistinction windows for our 1940's home renovation. We previously had single pane wood windows which were horribly drafty. In comparison, the new windows are incredible. Absolutly no regrets. Beautiful colours, and very well made. We love them!

We were looking to replace some old windows in our house which is approximately 45 years old. We had already replaced two large windows which have wood frame exteriors. In order to match the new windows with the two we had already replaced we had several companies come and give us estimates to install new windows and clad the two others so that they would all match when we were done. We made it VERY CLEAR to all the companies that we needed all the windows to match or we would have to take our buisiness elsewhere. The salesperson from All Weather Windows told us that the installer (who was subcontracted by All Weather Windows to do the istallation) could do the cladding on the side and we were assured from both the salesperson and the installer himself that the job could be done at the same time as the installation. Like a fool, I didn't get that promise in writing. What happened when the installer showed up with my new windows? You guessed it, he says and I quote " I'm sorry, I can't clad your old windows because my machine won't bend the metal small enough for all the bends in your windows, I guess I should have looked closer." So now I'm stuck with windows that don't match. The moral of this story is as old as renovations themselves, get EVERTHING in writing, down to the smallest detail. If they won't put it in writing there is a reason. Go do buisiness with someone else.

One other thing about the contract that you will sign with All Weather Windows. They will ask for your credit card number so that if you don't pay your bill they will just charge it to your credit card. Witholding part of the payment until you are satisfied is the only recourse you have if you are not sastisfied with All Weather Windows products or installation. If you are ultimately not happy with your All Weather Windows experience it doesn't matter, THEY STILL HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! As the manager at All Weather Windows told me, " there is really nothing I can do for you, and you will be part of the 2%-5% of people who aren't happy with us."

The did an excellent job on the install and it was a good price. They missed some details on the outside of the windows (plugs) and getting them to fix some minor installation details. the messed up the billing by charging us for a window a year after the fact. Overall it was a good experience.

The salesperson came and measured and came up with a good quote. They were in and out in two days in the -20 degree weather, which was very convenient. They cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly contractors. I would highly recommend them to others.

The replaced 4 windows in the house and did a great job. They always showed up on time and came back to fix some minor problems even a month ago. The sub contractors were great and very professional. We would use them again.

I ordered triple pane and they installed dual pane. As well, one of the doors was cracked, and they didn't even caulk the tops of the windows where there was a 1/4"gap. They claim to be the best... well if thats the best I would hate to see the worst.

We hired All Weather to provide and install a new front door. When we purchased the door, we provided them with the make and model of the door hardware we intended to purchase. Not only did they fail to come out and measure the door to make sure it would fit, but they didn't even look into whether or not our hardware would work with their pre drilled holes for the lock sets. 6 months after originally placing our order (and paying in full), they told us that they couldn't provide or install our door with the lockset we had purchased. It took us another 3 months to get our money back from them and we still don't have a new front door. Very frustrating experience, I would never recommend them for jobs outside the "cookie cutter" new home build that requires zero customization.

We had All Weather Windows make and install windows for our 2nd floor. The salesman was very professional and efficient. We were given an ETA that was a bit long, but not unreasonable, and they did come in ahead of that date. The windows are well built and the installers got them in without any issues and fairly quickly.

The product arrived in a very timely manner. The doors were both very unique, making our choice one that was not seen over and over in our neighbourhood. We are very pleased with both the product and the value for our money.
