Centennial Moving

At first we thought we had finally found a company that had good customer service...I asked a lot of questions and they were very patient and answered them all.
What went wrong?
1) I specifically asked if our belongings would be transferred to another truck as the research I had done pointed out that is when breakage occurred. They replied that they would not be transferred.
Well they were and there was quite a bit of breakage...dresser drawer, stand, several irreplaceable pottery dishes, water feature.
2) Delivery Date: We were promised a date between the 4th and the 7th and 48 hours notice of drop off. The very latest was the 7th and so we worked with the earliest date hiring painters and flooring installers and paying a premium for them to work on the stat. It was finally delivered with 24 hrs notice the following week. We were told it was late because the truck's brakes had to be fixed, but when we queried the driver he was very evasive in his answer.

Pretty much everything. The guys were always great and I would like to say they were organized and very much on top of things .Very professional. Tony was excellent to deal with. They put me at ease before the move and once on site they were very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Excellent movers that I have used!
