Staff were lovely. I helped train a new employee and another employee took time to open up a van and a small truck to allow me to measure to ensure I got the right size vehicle.

Beechgrove Dr location has the best service, it provides 24 hour access and prorates both move ins and move outs. It is climate and pest controlled as well. I recommend this location to anyone.

Highly professional management and staff. Issues rare but when one come up they jump into action. Also their pleasant demeanour makes it a pleasure. I wish other services were as nice as these people. Anessa the manager runs a great ship. Superior client service skills.
