I had a few problems with windows condensation and some uncomfortable rooms. Yuri conducted an energy audit that included Blower Door test and thermal imaging scan. He was able to identify the issues in my house and provided me with a number of recommendations that were really inexpensive but very efficient. Yuri is a very knowledgeable professional and well worth his fee. I recommend his services to everyone who wants to improve the energy efficiency of their home.

This review was long overdue and I apologize that I did not have time to leave it earlier. Yuri did this inspection for me in August 2013. We opted for the Premium inspection with IR thermal imaging that gave us much more in-depth inspection of the house. We spent close to 5 hours with Yuri and received a very detail report that was full of helpful tips, digital and infrared pictures. Yuri is very knowledgeable and experienced home inspector and we felt that it was money well spent. We were able to contact Yuri also after the closing with the questions that we had and he was very helpful again. We highly recommend Yuri's services to anyone who is looking for a professional and thorough home inspector.

I bought my first house this year, having zero experience in home owning. Yury performed the enhanced (with infra-red camera pics) home inspection for me. He showed up on time, walked me through every corner of my future house, showing and explaining what I saw. He found several flaws, one of which the seller even agreed to reimburse. Yury was very meticulous and thorough, not even a minor defect could escape his eye. He worked in a very concentrated manner for more than three hours, checking everything from far basement corners to the attic.

Yuri helped us out greatly. He showed up on time and was very thorough in his review(several hours). He pointed out several things that needed to be addressed that we did not notice ourselves andgave us many pointers on potential improvements we can make to ensure the house stays in good condition.

I hired Yuri to inspect a home I was thinking of buying. He arrived even before me and was already at work. Yuri was fantastic! We were present when Yuri conducted the home inspection on the house our daughter was buying, and were very pleased with the time he took conducting the inspection. Yuri is professional, knowledgeable and worth his fee. This past summer, I contacted Yuri for a home inspection on a 12-year-old townhouse. Although his price was marginally higher than other home inspectors, I chose him because he was professional and knowledgeable (with his engineering background). He fit me into his schedule, and on the day of the appointment, showed up 30 minutes early and immediately went to work. Over the next three hours, he inspected almost every aspect of the home explaining problem areas and how I could repair them. (This was particularly important to me as I'm not very handy.)

A day later, I received a comprehensive report full of colour pictures. I am now using this report to make minor repairs throughout the home and to remind myself of what needs to be fixed and/or maintained.

If I had to conduct another home inspection, I would call Yuri first. He takes pride in his work, and I know he would show up on time and conduct a thorough, professional review.
