I hired Yuri, the top inspector in the compan, firstly to do a pre-listing inspection for me before I sold my house. I was so impressed with Yuri's knowledge and understanding of home construction and with his professionalism, that after seeing his work and report, I asked him to do a second inspection on a house I was interested in buying. Again his work was top notch. I was able to negotiate a better price when he found a couple of serious deficiencies and his report provided me solid ammunition. I am very grateful to Yuri for his expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a top notch professional to give them peace of mind when making that all important purchase of their next home or in the sale of their existing one.
