Home Inspections 4 U

Recently, my daughter and her husband bought a beautiful custom built two year old home. Because it had been custom built, we knew it would not be covered by the Tarion insurance. Therefore, we wanted an in-depth inspection done, not a cursory one like my son had done for his home.
We were recommended to call HomeInspections4U. We did and that is how we met Yuri Olhovsky. Yuri showed up right on time and had no problem with us shadowing him on his inspection. Yuri was very helpful as he explained to us what he was looking for, what he expected and why. The house had many state of the art appliances and features which Yuri was right up to date with. He left no stone unturned and found two items that required attention. The owner agreed to resolve these at his own expense.
Yuri had an additional tool with him (that was optional when we signed up). It was an infra-red device that could check inside ceilings, walls and floors. Let me just say this was additional money well spent!
Yuri gave us a detailed, written report later that evening. It contained infra-red pictures as well as digital pictures. It explained items that required attention (Red), items that we should be aware of (Blue) and items that were checked and did not require any actions on our part (Black). This report was over 60 pages in length. What attention to detail!
With the outstanding effort Yuri gave to us and the quality of his inspection, we felt it had been worth every penny. I would recommend Yuri and his company to anyone requiring this type of servicein the future.

However he was so highly recommended by our agent that we were happy to pay a travel surcharge to get him inspect this house. His service was top notch. Yuri is a very detailed inspector and quite knowledgeable. He managed to make some time to do a pre inspection for me on a Long weekend Sunday. He is rather expensive compared to others but his report is worth it.

We recommended that our clients retain Yuri and he was simply THE BEST! Professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally informed. He was a terrific Teacher to the Clients carefully instructing them as to what they need to do to maintain and care for their home going forward.
