Yuri was phenomenal! We found the home we loved at 4pm one day; he met us there at 10am the next morning and used the full 3 hours booked to go through the house. He found everything! Not in a frightening way, but in a way that gave me a realistic view of the house. The report he sent breaks down concerns from urgent, to maintenance AND includes pictures. Not only did he prepare me for the condition of the house, but he will make me a better first time home owner for know what I need to maintain on our property.
