I first contacted Yuri last year to do a home inspection for me, he was very professional, answered all of our questions and most importantly, indicated to us the work that needed to be done to the house, we were able to learn things about the house that couldn't be seen. We didn't buy the house due to the amount of work that needed to be done. We were so impressed with his service that this year when we bought our new home which was 3 hours away we asked Yuri to go all the way up there for us to inspect the house before we buy it. He went all the way up for us and inspected the house. We bought the house and very happy with his service. We trust him, he is very professional and very knowledgably.
