We are very much satisfied with the home inspection done by Yuri. He really took the time to go through all the different features in the house, from the basement to the attic, and to explain to us all sorts of current and potential issues and ways to address them as we followed him around. His electronic report was also superb, with very detailed explanations and photographs, and I plan on keeping it around for quite a while as I fix the problems he located over the months (or years) to come.
