He showed up on time, walked me through every corner of my future house, showing and explaining what I saw. He found several flaws, one of which the seller even agreed to reimburse. Yury was very meticulous and thorough, not even a minor defect could escape his eye. He worked in a very concentrated manner for more than three hours, checking everything from far basement corners to the attic.
