We are newcomers to Canada and first time home owners. Our bank advised us to have the house inspected before buying it. This was an issue totally new to us. We called Yuri to come inspect our new house before purchasing it. He is very punctual, his work and character were very professional, he informed us about many issues we were totally unaware of. The format of his report is very organized and informative.
