We are new home buyers and needed sound advice when we found a home we loved. We hired Yuri to come out. He was incredible and spent more than 3 hours looking the house over with a fine-toothed comb! It was more than a home inspection for us. Yuri taught us about home ownership and we learned so much from him. It was almost like a tutorial on what maintenance the home will need, how to do it and what it would cost. I have given Yuri's card to everyone I know and will be using him for the future. We highly recommend Yuri - his knowledge and advice is worth every penny.
