The heat exchanger on my old furnace was corroded and leaking CO2 into the house. Helge can to inspect the issue and deemed the furnace unsafe and recommended the furnace be replaced. He setup the installation of my new furnace for the same day.

He was professional, friendly, competent, and cordial. It was a pleasure having Helge service my furnace.

Thanks to Devon, sales rep, Michael and Ross, technicians, they installed our new Lennox EL296V furnace, Humidifier and XC13 AC, Michael and Ross came to our house and they performed a state of the art installation, I am the pickiest client when it comes to services done to my house, and I can not find any flaw in this job, everything was done exceeding the code, perfectly safe, clean and nice service, they explained every single detail to us.
The furnace and humidifier are working perfectly and they are matched with a WiFi thermostat that is a beauty, they are coming back in spring to double check on the AC, weather permitting.
Overall I am very happy, with both the equipment and the service,
they make me feel safe for the years to come.

Had maintenance done on our furnace. Everyone we dealt with at Abbey Air was fantastic. The technician (Jose) who came to our house was incredible. Called Abbey Air as my furnace was cycling and not able to provide heat. I called Abbey Air and booked a service call for the same day. Helge provided excellent service and fixed the issue, which was backed up water from the condenser. Very professional and courteous

In July 2016 sales Rep. Devon Williams came to our home and outlined our options and pricing for our central air replacement. Devon arrived on time and definitely was knowledgeable about the products he was discussing. He took the time to answer all of our questions. Very professional and friendly fellow. His quote was competitive.
Jay and Marko did the installation. Professional, punctual and pleasant. They went right to work and completed the job in a neat and timely manner.
The reminder to enter this Homestars' review came last week from our furnace technician who does our yearly service and cleaning. He specifically asked for the name of the company that installed our air conditioning. The reason.....compared to hundreds of other air installation jobs he's viewed, this was one the cleanest, neatest and most precise installation he had seen. He receives many requests for central air recommendations and he wanted to use my installation company as a "go to" name for his customers.
I proudly said..."Abbey Air".

The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. The technician was on time, pleasant and efficient. The replacement part was expensive.

Really speedy service. Called in the morning of and they had a tech there within 3 hours. After examining the furnace Steven identified the issue and drove to Hamilton to pick up the part. Had the furnace on within the day!
