Furnace needed replacement parts. Our technician, Helge drove immediately to pick them up. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I had a service call placed and they found a leak that was causing a damage to the furnace. They ordered the parts and it came in the next day. The technician showed up with the part and replaced it then proceeded to do a full service on the furnace (on the maintenance contract) and also gave me a few recommendations.

Furnace made squealing noise when starting up. They came in and diagnosed the problem as the exhaust fan. New part ordered, part was installed next day. Tidy and efficient.

From the moment Helge showed up at my house until he left, he was professional, respectful and pleasant to deal with. The ignitor needed to be replaced. However, he also did a thorough check of the furnace and found/showed me small holes in the heat exchanger which can become a very serious problem. Needless to say, he did not replace the ignitor! It's never fun to have to put out money for a new furnace but Helge and his service made it all a bit easier to deal with!

Chris responded to our service call when our furnace stopped working. He was fantastic! Super nice guy, professional, polite, and obviously experienced. My husband likes to know all the details about the HVAC system and he learned tons from Chris, who explained everything in detail. He arrived promptly, told us what it would cost, when it could be repaired, and provided a band-aid solution until the new part arrived so we had heat before he left. He also gave us great maintenance tips for our system and the HEPA filter.

Furnace installation went great.
AC installation -- I was informed someone would call to schedule appointment. Instead, they showed up unannounced the next morning. I thought it best to let them complete the work but it did result in having to reschedule my entire day (as kids were home on a PA day). They had unplugged the water heater without my knowledge, which we discovered when we went to take showers that evening. Unfortunately, plugging it back in did not fix the issue. We were left without hot water or access to showers that day. A service call in the morning provided me with conflicting information. I called at 7am. Explained the situation and was told that a service technician would call at 8 am. By 9 am, I had not yet been contacted. I called back only to be told that the technician did not begin till noon on Saturday and that I was not the first service call. Considering that they performed a job and did not ensure that everything was left in order, I found this unacceptable. A technician did finally arrive before noon and the problem was resolved.

Helge was knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and saved us from a very cold night ! I would absolutely recommend him as a furnace technician. Totally satisfied with Helge's work.
