Our furnace was down in Thursday's evening, I called Abbey Air Friday morning, consultant came in around 10 am, after we decided the model to go and paid, the technician came in around noon to install. They did wonderful job on installation, we got temperature back around 6pm. The best part and most impressed things was they got everything done beautifully in the same day, honestly I never expected we can get this fixed on Friday, I thought Saturday would be the best, anyways they really impressed me!

Good service from start to finish. I had a new Rheem hot water tank installed and I received fast responses for quotes on various hot water tanks (different sizes and tankless). Michael went out of his way to do a home visit shortly after I confirmed I would like to go ahead and they got installers to my house quickly as didn't have hot water. The two techs - Adam and Ross, made sure I knew what was happening and were prompt to alert me of issues. In my case the master water shut off was seized so they could not turn off the water. They also ensured the floors were covered to prevent dirt or damage from occurring. After the install and after the techs left, I noticed that one of the vents prevented my dryer from opening fully. I contacted Abbey Air and they fixed the issue for me ensuring my dryer door opens fully. While this install was not flawless, they fixed the problem quickly and were always easy to deal with.

Last fall I put out bids for a new furnace and A/C. Abby Air was totally non-competitive.
I asked for Abby Air recently to do a furnace cleaning but in conversation with Joe, it was determined that by having Abby Air do the job, (I had always trusted Abby Air to do a good job).I was compromising my warranty. I paid for the service call. Maybe we will get together again in the future.

A recent inspection by another maintenance service flagged a problem with a gas supply line that wasn't up to code (although it had been the right line for our original furnace.) When Abbey Air installed our furnace 8 years ago, they simply reconnected the original flexible line. When I called to see what they would be willing to do to fix the problem, they sent a technician right away, and he upgraded the short connecting line for free. Above and beyond my expectations.

Furnace kicked out and by the next day a new one was being installed. Chris Moran handled the job. Both he and his partner were very friendly, answered all my questions. They made zero mess in my home and left the job totally clean and in order. Rerouting of pipes was done very professionally and the sheet metal work was very professional.

The furnace was recycling the fire up cycle and blowing cold. I have used Abbey in the past for HVAC work and they were my go to team. Appointment was booked quickly and Helge was at my residence within 2 hours. Helge walked my through his diagnostic process which was thorough. Within the hour the furnance was back in business. The technician was personable and would recommend for future issues.

Abbey Air Heating and Air Conditioning provided a free cleaning of the air ducts with our purchase of a new furnance and air conditioner. The technician's for the duct cleaning explained the process and importance of having the ducts cleaned every five years especially when you have a dog or cat. The duct cleaning took about forty minutes they were professional, took care around the furniture with their hoses, clean and tidy and answered our questions. Excellent service!

Helge responded to my service call as our furnace wasn't working. He arrived earlier than the scheduled time, was very professional, knowledgeable, took his time to explain the work required and answered all my questions.
