The crew arrived prompt and worked straight through, introducing themselves, putting down floor mats where needed. They took the time to walk me through the process before starting, answering any questions I had. Very polite, helpful and professional.

Furnace was not kicking in regularly. The tech (Helge) explained in details what was happening after his investigation and showed me all the readings before and after. Very knowledgeable and friendly tech.

The technician that arrived on site (Adam Endicott) was extremely professional, friendly, informative and probably one of the nicest service technicians I have ever used. He went over and above to help and answer any questions and concerns I had. I would give Adam 5 Stars, even though I only gave the company 3 Stars. The reason I only gave them 3 stars was because there was a lot of confusion with my booking and I had to take 2 days off work instead of 1.
