Quick, clean and efficient service provided by a polite service technician. No cost but had to purchase service package for coming year so visit cost more than I thought it would. My only suggestions would be that they tell you/remind you of this when you call.

Air Conditioner repair and service.

Water all around bottom of furnace after using a/c. Very hot/humid day and Abbey Air was able to book me an appointment same day.
Service technician showed up on time and fixed the problem. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I wish all service technicians were as good as Helge,
he truly was a rock star!

A/C Repair

Our A/C control board needed to be replaced, and this was done quickly and professionally by Helge, the assigned service technician.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, and verified there were no other issues before installing the expensive replacement part.

I am very happy with the service I was provided today!

It was regular maintenance for our Air Conditioner. Murray did a great job. He's been to our home before as part of our prepaid service contract for the furnace and air conditioner. He is prompt, friendly, professional, respectful and will explain things well when you ask a question. We were very happy with today's service.
