Milan Patel was prompt, courteous, and performed the service very well. He explained the work to me and gave very useful advice.

I have always counted on Abbey Air for both products and service. I recently moved and immediately called to set up a service contract at my new home. In the past, I have purchased and serviced both an AC and furnace and have been extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of all Abbey Air associates from reception to technicians.
I have recommendations Abbey Air to the purchasers of my previous home and to my son who has just purchased his 1st home.
I know I will need an new AC in the next 12 months and will definitely purchase at Abbey Air. The technician (Murray) who came to service AC was friendly, courteous and helpful. Since servicing I had a problem with system caused by a brown out and the technician who came, Chris Moran, was exceptional, thorough and pleasant.

Jose was very prompt and helpful. Much appreciated that we got the problem sorted the next day (its summer so it wasn't an emergency). And then he sorted out a thermostat problem we hadn't been aware of (new house). Great service.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. I've been a customer for many years. The medium efficiency furnace I purchased from them about 11 years ago badly malfunctioned just around the warranty expiration period ( 5 years) They gave me a new high efficiency unit for free, and only asked that I pay the installation cost of $500.
I have used them for service since, both furnace and AC, and they are always polite, efficient and punctual.
Just had my AC serviced today by Murray. Great guy. No complaints whatsoever.

I was pleased to see that our technician was again Murray. A phone call preceded his attendance and he was in time. He took great care during the service which included dismantling the housing on the AC unit and hosing it clean. He recommended and replaced the furnace filter - he explained the work he completed - he is a true professional

The technician called ahead of the scheduled appointment time to let us know that he would be arriving early. Work was completed in a timely, efficient and professional manner. All details were explained to us, regarding the work. Total bill came to less than $57! Would definitely recommend this service.

MY PERCEPTION IS THAT A CUSTOMER ORIENTED TECHNICIAN, INSPECTED THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM/FURNACE IN THE MOST EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
