Absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Murray was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was on time, very thorough and had the work done quickly. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and offer suggestions to keep my a/c in shape for years to come. This was a yearly check up under a plan. Cleaning coils and general inspection of the unit was done

Abbey Air was awesome. I was having some difficulty with my a/c, and they sent a technician within an hour. The technician was Steve, and he fixed the problem with my a/c (capacitor) as well as provided some great advice on how to properly maintain my a/c to prevent similar issues in the future (proper cleaning, etc..)

Abbey Air Service was able to come out same day to inspect our AC and provide cost for repair or replacement.

Cory was professional, courteous and genuinely nice to chat with. He went about his work efficiently and shared with me great insights. Very happy.

Appt was for prepaid maintenance/tune up which was booked a couple of months ago. I290was booked for a tuneup for a/c , furnace and gas fireplace which was confirmed the evening before but when the technician arrived he was the one left to tell me it would only be the a/c. I have been a loyal customer but never been blindsided like this in the past. Don’t misunderstand, my technician was awesome , it’s how the company was less than transparent on the work that was booked and not delivered on that was disappointing. I now have to arrange to be home again to accommodate my missed services.
