The Carpet Palace had professional, knowledgeable people who were very helpful, from choosing are floor and installing them. There work was on point with great attention to detail and completed as scheduled. I would highly recommend The Carpet Palace.

George and Steve were a pleasure to deal with. No pressure at all, just good advice. Also let you take samples of flooring home. We made our choice. George came out on time for quote and answer any questions. Installers arrived on time cleaned up well and did a great job. Nice to deal with a company that provides great service , no pressure , and good products.

Extended the prexisting hardwood from the hallway into the livingroom and dining room. An underfloor was installed to match the height of original flooring. A boarder was also installed and then flooring layer. Excelled match job!

In January (2019) my wife and I stopped by to look at flooring options for our laundry room. The staff was very knowledgable and guided us through the many options.

After about 30 minutes, we made our decision and ordered the EverTile premium vinyl floor. It arrived 2 days later.

The staff gave us some installation tips and
we installed the floor in two days. It was not difficult.

After the first 5 months, the floor has proven to be very durable and still looks great.

All individuals we liaised with at Carpet Palace were friendly, patient, accommodating and knowledgeable. They took extra time to explain options, avoid misunderstanding, and ensure that everything was carried out smoothly. The contractors that installed the flooring (on behalf of Carpet Palace) were friendly, on-time, cooperative and, most importantly, did a great job.
