The Carpet Palace

I went to many places to look at flooring and was given a hard sell at all of them. Then I went to Carpet Palace and had a great experience. No pressure at all. I went back many times to borrow flooring to see what looked the best in the rooms. The service was great. Bill came and measured the rooms and set a date for installation. Old carpets were removed by Arturo and Constantine (glad it wasn’t me), floors nailed down and hardwood laid. They cleaned up and even swept the driveway of the sawdust! I love my floors and would recommend Carpet Palace with a 5* for helpfulness, great service and patience through my decision making process.

We are very glad to have chosen Carpet Palace to replace the carpet and baseboards of our upstairs bedroom area. From the outset George was patient and accommodating with us and ably managed the project through carpet selection, home visit for measurement and quote, to installation in a single day by the impressive installation team of Remzi and Akai.
The project was delivered exactly as promised.

The quality of the work was great, and just as important, they showed up on time and the work was completed on time! Bill helped to choose the colour of the carpets and helped to find a good quality product that fit my budget. I'm very pleased with the effort that the workers put in to ensure the carpets were installed cleanly, and we have minimal creaking now in our floors!! I would choose Carpet Palace again!

Al though being slightly later then I had expected, the men were very kind and took the time to communicate where necessary and did an excellent job.

Carpet palace was recommended to me by a friend. Professional is the best word to describe this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking high quality, fast, efficient service. We had our family room and living room finished in hardwood and our upstairs finished in carpet. The installers were on time and extememly efficient. We did have an issue with one of the boards in the hardwood. The matter was addressed and the problem corrected within a week. The owners and sales people working for this company treat your home as if it was their own. I would highly recommend The Carpet Palace to anyone looking for flooring in their home.

The installation of a stair runner on our newly installed staircase was completed professionally from start to finish.

The communication between customer and Carpet Palace is outstanding. The workmanship on installing our runner on a curved staircase was impeccable. I absolutely love my new carpet runner!

George was very helpful and let me take home samples to match up with my existing flooring and came, measured and set a date for carpet removal and wood installation. They came on time, removed and installed in the same day. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Not only were the installers professional but stayed a bit late to finish the job. I would Carpet Palace to anyone thinking of doing any flooring renovations plus they have a beautiful clean show room!

They did a beautiful job, the floors look fabulous. We will be contacting them again when we do the basement floors.
