Once again the friendly folks at Carleton Refrigeration gave me exceptional service. I had a/c problems a month or so ago and they were here within hours and as luck would have it my hot water heater packed it in on as Friday night . Brad Jackson was here Monday morning on time with quote in hand, tank was installed the next morning. As someone who works in the service industry I can truly appreciate the level of service the offer and maintain. I will be doing home renos in the spring and a furnace upgrade is in order. Routine cleaning of my furnace & tankless hot water heating. Worker arrived on time, was efficient & left workplace tidy. Explained service that was done, condition of equipment & if any follow-up that was required.

My home ac unit broke down and I placed a call to Carleton Refrigeration and a very pleasant person named Tracey took my call and promptly dispatched someone to my home. In less than two hours from the call the unit was repaired and I have to say the service was amazing. As someone who works in the service industry I can certainly appreciate good service. My wife and I plan some extensive home renos in the spring and with that will bring a new furnace unit. I will most definitely be calling them to get a quote on the new furnace...again...simply awesome service.

We purchased a new air-conditioning unit for our home. At first we called for a service call for our older (19 years) unit to find out the compressor needed replacing or a new unit purchased. We talked to a sales representative and decided to purchase a new unit. We are very pleased with the prompt efficient service we received. Your staff were very professional, worked quickly, did not leave a mess behind. We had occasion for a followup visit and the same thing, your representative was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend your company any time. A delight to deal with from the office staff to the service staff. Thank You for getting us cooled off so quickly during the past heat wave. We can now look forward to a comfortable balance of summer..

Guys showed up on time assessed and diagnosed the problems, gave me the price of parts and labour then once I agreed to that he corrected the problems ( burnt out electrical componants due in part to faulty installation- NOT CARLETON WHO DID INITIAL INSTALL)
The tech was really thorough,checking voltage and temperatures on the unit, furnace and thermostat before leaving.
Best of all he reduced the fan speed as it had been set too high and for the first time since moving in a few months ago we have nice cold air getting upstairs.
It cost more than I was expecting initially but the unit needed several replacement parts and over an hour of the guys time on a super hot day. It's definitely working really well since being fixed so it was money well spent

they arrived on time finished early. first thing they did was put runners down to protect my floors , the last thing they did was a cleanup and demo the new equipment. everything they did from start to finish impressed me and left me feeling that choosing carleton was the right choice.thanks !

had great experience with the staff(Corey, Josh and Zack). They were all very friendly. it was a great pleasure that they really new the product being installed) they have similar systems to ours which made us feel much at ease.

Service tech (sorry forgot his name) that came to the door was here @ 8:00am as requested. He was polite, enthusiastic & very knowledgeable. The maintenance was performed with no issues & a schedule was set up for follow ups.

We had a full installation of duct work, furnace and air conditioning. Our experience was fantastic from Corey in sales, through the installers and Lindsay in the office. The job was completed in a timely manner and was very clean....we are very satisfied.

Old furnace, A/C and hot water were all 15 years old so I wanted to replace them. All of them were noisy, A/C was not cooling very well, Furnace has has some issues in the last two years and I did not want to risk a hot water tank failure.
I Got a few quotes, Carleton Refrgeration were not the cheapest but they were very close to the other quotes and I believe they were offering better products as I quiet running was one of my top requirements. They also included 10 years parts and labour in the quote. Both my daughter and I had used Carleton Refrigeration before for repairs so I knew they provided excellent emergency service and I liked the products they were offering.
I chose the York LX series A/C and the York Affinity modulating gas furnace along with a Giant hot water heater. All were promised to be quieter than the old and more efficient. Original scheduled install was 9th July but when the A/C unit died and I called for help they bumped up the A/C install to the 24th June which was a great help.
Both installs (A/C on 24th June followed by furnace and hot water on the 9th July) were performed by J and S and they are a great team to have in your home. They explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions and cleaned up and removed all the old stuff they replaced.
I now have cool air from a compressor unit I have to stand next to to see if its on as its so quiet and the furnace when tested (Dont need it yet !) is also whisper quiet. I would definitely recommend this company
