Alyssha and Ray conducted the annual inspection of our furnace, air conditioning and HRV. They were thorough and professional, as well as courteous and respectful of COVID precautions.

I contact Carleton Last year when my AC wasn't working properly and they were quick to come out and resolve the situation. So this year when I had a water/condensation situation they were they first people I called. I then decided I didn't know what damage the water did to my 30 year old furnace so I should just replace it before it died at an inopportune time.

The technician who fixed the water walked me through everything that should be done to rectify things that were done wrong and prepared the quote. I did get quotes from other companies but the reps were nowhere near as friendly and informative and I found them quite aggressive. So it was an easy decision to go with Carelton!

I booked them to also clean my ducts prior to the install. Every person who from Carelton who stepped foot in my home were friendly and respectful and made friends with my overly affectionate cat.

We have 3 units that were Inspected and cleaned. AC, Furnace and the HRV unit. We received EXCELLENT service and educated on how our units should be used for the weather we have especially our HRV unit. Great service as always!

Installation was performed a year ago and the sales associate was very personable and informative. Just has the yearly service completed and again, the technicians we helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

I have dealt with this company for many years. As usual my most recent AC service was exceptional and the staff are always professional and excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend them for any service they offer.

I called them to fix my broken AC. They came to refill the gas and it started working, at the same time I requested a quote from. The next day, my blower capacitor died, they came and replaced. When I went ahead and ordered the furnace and AC, they credited my 2 repairs and they installed the new system very quickly. I installed an Ecobee and added there info in it as my service provider and at one point I open the windows and the humidity went above the programmed threshold. They immediately called me to verify if the system was still working.
