Reliance Superior Heating & Air Conditioning

Over the last few years, we have had at least one issue with out old furnace. We had Jon out and he was able to get the furnace running, but recommended that it was time to get a new one. Italo came to our house to give us a free estimate. He was very good, informative and answered all our questions. He gave numerous options and routes to go. The installers showed up and did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves.

We had a technician out to do a cleaning, he had mentioned that we would probably need to replace the furnace in the next year. We decided to replace now and had Jamie out to give us the price. He was excellent and did a great job. The installers were great, they cleaned up after themselves and helped set up the new Wi-Fi thermostat. Everyone did a great job.

Tom (?) came out to repair our A/C in August, did a wonderful job and was very thorough. Because of his great service we called Reliance in September for a quote on our electric furnace replacement. Gerry came out, went over options and did a very good job with his estimate. No high pressure sales, just honest representation. We had 3 quotes, one higher, the other about the same price. Chose Reliance because of the previous repair service and Gerry's expertise. Installation was done the following week. Service, estimate and install appointments were all on time and were done quickly. Extremely happy with service received! Would not hesitate to call on them again knowing I don't need 2 or 3 quotes. Having some knowledge of sales and service, I am extremely motivated to share my compliments with you and your team.

Earlier this week, I found myself in need of replacing my 24 yr old Lennox “pulse” furnace. I contacted your company and was promptly connected with Jerry, your sales agent.
He was very thorough in analyzing my needs, explaining available models , costs and financing options. He was also very helpful in outlining the process an timelines. And as it turned out, you exceeded my expectations. I got a call from the install crew with 24 hours and had my new unit in place, 24 hrs after that. Adam and his partner were tremendous and did a great job of identifying the install challenges of my home and told me exactly what they needed to do and how long it would take. Again, I arrived back about 4 hours later and it was done…PERFECTLY.
They told me someone would be by to pick up the old furnace and leftover materials. I was thrilled!
A few hours later, as this was Halloween I was concerned that the old furnace hadn’t been collected from my front walkway. I called my sales agent, Jerry. He made a call and within 45 minutes the crew was there and cleaned up everything as our first trick or treater arrived.

Terry I. one of your Service Technicians came out yesterday and serviced two furnaces for me. He arrived on time, did an excellent job and credibly answered any questions I had. His whole manner instilled confidence that I could rely on his expertise. He's a credit to your company.

Jeff came and checked the furnace and the water heater because we had just moved into the house and wanted to make sure that they were in good working order before we turned the furnace on. His suggestion , replace the water heater and then he called for another service man . Same day to
replace the water heater. Great service. We felt very comfortable and relieved that the water heater was being replace, free of charge.

In the middle of summer our air conditioner threw in the towel. We called Superior and Gavin Stone came by. He was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend a new unit that fit our requirements. He was also able to schedule quick installation which impressive given it was their busy season.

Our AC died on a Friday just before the hottest week of the year. We called Superior Reliance Monday morning and a salesperson, Gerry, came over that day - he gave us options and particulars, very thorough but not pushy. (Don't you just hate pushy sales people??) Since our furnace was 42 years old, we decided to do both furnace and AC - luckily Superior had a special on. Installers were there on the Thursday. They cleaned up behind themselves and got rid of the old units for us. Very much appreciated. The service we received was exceptional from Deborah at reception, to Sherry to processed the paperwork, to Ted who set up the installation, to the installers and of course Gerry who got the ball rolling. I recommend Superior Reliance to anyone who enjoys great customer service not to mention a good product.

Bought a money pit! Needed to replace things, had other companies come in and do estimates, Superior was $3000. Less than the other's, but what sold me was Gavin's "get'er" done attitude and bussiness. He knew his stuff, didn't play games, and got to the job done above anything I expected. A+ service. They installation guys were great, fast, clean, and got the job done.
