We are so happy with our new windows. Arcana Windows and Doors did a fabulous job!! We will definitely be recommending them. Dmitry helped with the overall design of the windows and we could not be happier - in particular our bow window in the living room. Stunning!!! The installers were very professional, efficient and left everything spotless afterwards.

After numerous disappointing quotes for windows and doors I was lucky enough to get referred to Dmitry at Arcana. I was on a budget and cant stand window companies that feel like car dealerships, I simply could not locate anyone in the industry who did not try to upsell me on every little thing. I wanted to know all my options and what was the most cost effective approach for my house and ended up leaving other places more confused than when I went in. However, after explaining to Dmitry my dilemma he provided honest advice and solutions for what I needed, which instantly earned my business. He suggested awning windows which I didn't want at first but now realize look incredible! and doors that were exactly what my wife and I were looking for. His install team, were all great with people, answered all my questions and were pleasant to deal with. I noticed a small issue with the caulk on the exterior of the window after the install, but explaining to Dmitry what I found he sent a guy over to fix it the next day. The only issue I have is that the new, clean and white windows make the rest of my house look dirty haha

The windows were replaced in four panel bay window at the front of the house, a large three panel window on the side and two bedroom windows. With the new windows and associated aluminum trim the house looks fantastic.

Dmitry was very easy to work with and available to talk to before and after installation. He understood what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. We were more interested in doors that are tight sealing and attractive without breaking the bank. The front and back doors were reasonably priced and we believe that we can afford to maintain up-to-date curb appeal by changing them in 10-15 years, with Arcana, if necessary. The windows are attractive, tight sealing and easy to operate. Dmitry was intent on making us happy and providing the best product for our needs. Highly recommend Arcana for product, workmanship and price!
