Martin, Stefan and all the staff at Artisan were friendly and professional. Even though our home was far in North Vancouver they made time for us. Our home is less than 10 years old and the concrete patio was sinking and cracking. The repair was efficient and clean and the cost was less than we were expecting. Very happy we found them on Homestars.

Recently I called Artisan for a quote to get some minor work done around my driveway and side steps. Martin Cyr was the only contact I had talked to that actually showed up to give me a quote. This work was minor and mostly preventative but Artisan treated me well, gave me fair price and completed the work quickly, cleanly and very professionally.
I will call again, should the need arise.

Hired Artisan to make repairs to our building parkade entry drain grate. Quoted us one amount , but when determined less work was required, they adjusted quote. When an issue was later discovered, they were quick to return and repair, at no additional cost.

We had quite a serious crack in our strata complex concrete and were looking for options. Artisan was contacted for a quote and made some excellent suggestions about the repair that ended up saving us money in the long run and a lot of grief. Martyn explained the services in a way that a layman like myself would understand which was very much appreciated. They also went out of their way to accommodate us late in the year and made sure they got the job done before the bad weather kicked in. We had our basement floor lifted 3 years ago as it had dropped 2-3 inches over time.. Artisan did a great job and lifted the floor to its original height. Two years later we noticed the floor began to drop again. Unfortunately the back half of our basement was built on fill without a proper gravel base. Typical spec house. We are also situated 2 blocks from the main CN train line and our house shakes when a train goes by which caused the house to settle further. I called Martin at Artisan after 3 years from the first lift and he sent out his team and they redid the whole job again without any charge. Nothing. They did a great job again and I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone. Their customer service was excellent and they did a first class job. They also stand behind their work and without any questioning backed up their warranty promise.

Left work with crooked front porch and steps and a lifted sidewalk section. Came home to straight porch and sidewalk.
They did an awesome job, they we're fast and efficient. We we're very happy with the results.

When I called Martin about my sunken concrete he came the very next day and after seeing the problem he didn't hesitate to do what was needed to make it right.
He arranged for his crew to do the job approximately two weeks later and they did an excellent job raising the problem areas and repairing several cracks at the front porch and at the Driveway panels.His crew were extremely pleasant and keep me informed during the work,they also left the area clean when they finished,which is always a good sign of a good workman.
