We had our basement floor lifted 3 years ago as it had dropped 2-3 inches over time.. Artisan did a great job and lifted the floor to its original height. Two years later we noticed the floor began to drop again. Unfortunately the back half of our basement was built on fill without a proper gravel base. Typical spec house. We are also situated 2 blocks from the main CN train line and our house shakes when a train goes by which caused the house to settle further. I called Martin at Artisan after 3 years from the first lift and he sent out his team and they redid the whole job again without any charge. Nothing. They did a great job again and I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone. Their customer service was excellent and they did a first class job. They also stand behind their work and without any questioning backed up their warranty promise.
