We were given excellent service and really good information on a washer and dryer. They had the items we wanted in stock which was a real bonus. Other places couldn’t guarantee when we would get them. They were very professional when installing the washer and dryer. They took away all garbage and old washer and dryer. It was a pleasure working with the staff at Ben’s appliances.

We have been dealing with Ben’s Appliances for many years. Their friendly, knowledgeable staff have always given us prompt, efficient service. It has been a pleasure to have such honest business people in our neighborhood and we recommend them without reservation.

Buying a refrigerator from Ben's has been a great experience. Matt provided valuable insight on options for a reliable refrigerator that included our desired features. We were replacing a fridge that only lasted 1 1/2 years so reliability was important to us.

The price for the Fischer and Paykel refrigerator was excellent when compared to the larger box stores.

Why deal with a big box store when you can get the same or similar products at a competitive price from local business!

I contacted Ben's appliances by phone and arranged for the dishwasher that I was hoping to buy, they had it in stock, made the sale by phone - Russ was wonderful to deal with.
Kevin installed it this morning as scheduled and was very efficient and friendly.
Definitely our new go to store for our appliance needs.

Russ was great, had the fridge on the showroom floor, remembered my wife's call and speeded up delivery . Kevin delivered it and rolled it into a tight space without damaging the walls or door. Great showroom too.

Bought a dishwasher after realizing mine was not worth fixing - pricing was good, customer service was great - didn't feel like I was being rushed at all or that I was being led to purchase a more expensive brand/model -AND they were able to deliver/install one week earlier than anticipated.
