Ben's Appliances

We have purchased new Huebsch (Speed Queen brand in the US ) laundry appliances to replace the poor quality and poorly performing Fisher & Paykel washer and dryer.

We owned Speed Queen machines for many years in the past and they never had any issues. Hopefully this will still be true - online reviews seem to indicate that this will be the case.

I can always count on Bens Appliances and have done for 30 years.
I've purchased all my appliances there.
I needed a replacement for my extra fridge and we were able to do the whole process by text! Bens is so accessible, helpful and reliable. I highly recommend each and every member of their staff.

Warm, Friendly service in spite of the adverse conditions (delivery issues and Fire) brought on by the pandemic.

They got back to me really quickly and had exactly what I wanted and could get it installed promptly. The big box stores dont install so I will continue to use Bens in the future.

I've dealt with Ben's several times over the years and I love their commitment to their customers and they always remember you and and value your loyalty. It is also the fact that they offer delivery, installation and removal too, and they don't contract any of it out..... and service too if you need it down the road. Their prices are competitive, they're efficient and reliable too....and they're a long standing family business.

Great Service and great price. They price matched with no problem. They didn't have the model I wanted in stock so they sold me a upscale model instead. Very happy with my purchase. Will be back.

We recently purchased a new dishwasher with removal of teh old unit and installation of the new. We got an excellent reduced price on the new dishwasher and the installers arrived on time, were polite, efficient and fast!

Ben's Appliances is recovering from a recent fire in their building which is another reason to shop there. The 3rd, & perhaps most important reason, is my experience with Ben's Appliances - We were very pleased with our purchase & installation of our fridge last year. Because of CoVid, we shopped using their website & by phone.
We received knowledgeable assistance with our choice. The installation was smooth, then the fellows took away our old fridge. And the new fridge is wonderful!
So, we wanted to get our new washer & dryer at Ben's Appliances too. Again we had knowledgeable assistance again with our choices. The new appliances arrive in a week. We are very excited!
